we have recently improved our LED floor screen.

Compared to other manufacturers who use acrylic LED masks. The advantages of our solution are as follows.

1. Curing effect is better - silicone curing is more uniform.

2. Less internal stress - During the curing process, the shrinkage rate of the acrylic mask is 4%, while the silicone shrinkage rate is only 0.1%.

3. Better hardness control - the hardness of the silicone can be adjusted in a wider range will not turn yellow - due to UV radiation, acrylic LED masks will gradually turn yellow during use, while silicone will not.

 4. Reduced refraction - photo lamination reduces refraction by up to 65% compared to unlaminated - 10% increase in perceived LED brightness

5. Unaffected by water vapor condensation and dust particles
